Littles Hill

Littles Hill is one of Georgetown's newest subdivisions located just off Route 133 west heading toward the Boxford line (see a map or driving directions). The development is situated on 129 acres of gently rolling hills with a wide variety of trees and natural attractions. Further enhancing the natural beauty of Littles Hill are the 72 acres of open space and conservation land. This land will be donated to the Conservation Commission of Georgetown to be preserved as permanent open space, and will have a trail system.

Our western entrance, is just across from the private 18 hole golf course, The Georgetown Club, which offers a driving range, swimming, tennis, function rooms, fine dining and a Class A golf course.

The southern end of the subdivision is a few minutes walk to Baldpate Pond on the Georgetown/Boxford line. Residents enjoy canoeing, swimming, fishing, and bird watching in this beautiful spot. At the end of the pond is Georgetown's Camp Dennison. The country roads leading to the pond have daily joggers, bicyclists, and even horses coming from the nearby farms. Its unusual location offers country living at its best, yet is just a few minutes from the Square and just two miles from I-95 for commuters.

The subdivision itself contains its own sewage treatment plant that will handle all 45 homes, thereby creating an environmentally friendly design. Homeowners in Littles Hill will avoid Title V issues and the associated costs of replacing a failed septic system, as there are no privately owned systems.

At the western entrance a new soccer field will be built for the children. Additional amenities include sidewalks and underground utilities.

Homes will be situated on approximately an acre of usable space, most with deeded open space. Custom home builder Post Homes, LLC will be constructing these single-family homes. The builder has many designs available or is able to custom design and build the home plan of your choosing.
